Matt Risinger looks at how homes used to be built, what products were used, and what issues arise in both old and newer homes. Some homes he talks about were built in the 1880s, and ironically enough, one house as old as it is, is in perfect condition considering its age. Another home from the 1930s had a significant amount of water staining on the wallpaper, so you could expect there to be some decay and damage behind it.
