Building on an Island
This week, Wade treks to the job site via ferry to check in on progress. The exterior is nearly finished with all the siding, trim, and roofing completed as well as the finish-grading of the grounds. Touring the home, we see the recently plastered wallboard. The flooring has been installed and covered for protection, and the trim carpenters are ready to start hanging doors. On the upstairs balcony, the crew is nearly finished installing the stainless steel cable railing system from Key-Link. Thanks to Key-Link's manufacturing flexibility, they were able to provide a custom solution to achieve the design goals of the project. Watch as the last section of railing is completed, and learn about the various components that make this cable railing system incredibly durable for this coastal environment.
