Building on an Island

On this episode of Building on an Island, Wade dives into the waterproofing methods used on the exterior decks. The deck sleepers are spaced from the surface using EPDM walkpad strips, allowing the sleepers to sit above any standing water and promote the longevity of the deck. Wade also meets with Wade Tennant of Legend to discuss their HyperPure piping as well as their innovative SmartClick fitting system. By using these products from Legend, installation time is greatly reduced, and the amount of specialized tools is cut down to a simple tube cutter.
