While Casella Dörken's products have been around for a long time, many have not been available in the U.S. In this video, Matt Risinger, master builder, regularly uses the company's products including Delta stucco and stone products and Delta Vent SA. The offerings are unique in the house wrap category. Founded in 1892, the company's focus was always to protect property. Their membranes have been available for more than 50 years and they spend time and money on rD to remain state-of-the-art in production and high-performance materials. Old buildings must have their high energy efficiency needs met, which can be done with equally high-performance materials. Delta Vent SA is a sticky housewrap basically that's highly permeable. It's a peel-and-stick membrane that not only manages the water on the outside of the house but also the air and vapor, making it a three-in-one product. In the basement category, offerings include dimple structures for protection and drainage, a peel-and-stick material Delta thin that is very easy to install. This allows you to seal the cracks that inevitably happen in basements.
