Home Why We Don't Negotiate Prices
This week, Travis goes into detail about negotiating prices and why he avoids it altogether. Applicable to both clients and subcontractors, Travis' view is that if the bid is accurate for the scope of work, then the price is right. If a lower price is needed, the correct course of action is to reduce the scope of work. If a subcontractor's price is too high for a client, Travis would rather seek a new bid from a separate sub than ask for a reduced rate.
