Home Skilled Trade Students and Building Bunk Beds
Matt Risinger and his son fly to California to discuss trade school options, trade jobs and career opportunities with 300 high school students. They are part of a group making 100 bunk beds for Sleep in Heavenly Peace (shpbeds.org), which builds beds all over the country and donate them to families in need. As a result of raging wildfires, some families in Paradise, CA have been displaced so they’re focusing on those fire victims. The kids participating are part of Skills USA, and organization designed to get kids excited about skilled trade jobs.
