Home RENOVATION FORENSICS

In this episode, Wade is onsite on a historic renovation project that is well underway with demolition.  What Wade has uncovered is that there have been nearly SIX additions put on the original structure that dates back to around 1900. This is a fascinating episode because Wade uses the materials and types of nails used to put a timeframe on when each of the six additions were completed over the life of the structure.  From old-growth lumber to cut iron nails, you won't want to miss this episode!
