Home Laundry Room Remodel or New Build Tip - Risinger Goes Rogue
Laundry rooms are fairly predictable with their hoses, wiring, bulky washers and dryers. In this video, Matt Risinger, master builder introduces us to a new concept of laundry-room planning and implementation. Consider using two stackable units and avoid a lot of issues by using a recessed galvanized box for the dryer with a built-in rigid dryer-hose attachment. It's actually located behind the wall, since it's recessed. Not only do you gain a few inches of space, you avoid the kinking of the dryer hose that can reduce the efficiency of the dryer as well as be a potential fire hazard.
