Transitions are one of the toughest aspects of our air barriers as builders. Sheet goods and large sheets of air barrier materials are simple to seal. However, when these things change orientation or materials those items and their connections become much more troublesome. In this video Jake talks you through the air barrier connections on the belly of the #hilltopaarow project. Jake also introduces the idea that the floating floor or ‘belly’ part of this house should be viewed as nothing more than a wall laying flat.
