Home IBS 2015 - New Product OSI Quad MAX - Ultimate Sealant
At the International Build Show, master builder, Matt Risinger checks out the Quad MAX product. In this video, Risinger leads with a builder's problem when there's been a freeze and the sealant that you're planning on using is frozen solid. Taking the frozen sealant canister to a representative, he's told it will work from zero to 140 degrees. Risinger tests it by putting the product in a caulk gun and applies "frozen" product underwater to a piece of vinyl siding…that's stacked against most builders. Full cure will take 24 hours, but it will be paintable in only one hour. No more wasting a day and transportation back and forth. What sets a great sealant apart from an average one? Flexibility, adhesion and durability. If you're experiencing sealing with tough-to-bond materials, check out this video and see how Quad MAX stacks up in all three cases.
