Home How they BUILD in Rhode Island - A Shingle Style Coastal Renovation
Check out this 1890's coastal renovation project in Jamestown, Rhode Island. This renovation is being done by WPK Construction and was designed by Dimauro Architects. Watch as Matt Risinger reviews many of the details of this beautiful coastal renovation. It turns out this home's foundation was not meant to last this long, so much of it required gutting and renovations such as siding, boiler replacement, water heater replacement, a new HVAC system, and the roofing. Risinger brings us on a tour of the interior design, as well. Check out the details of this house's kitchen and sunroom. If you're looking for a coastal remodel, watch on.
