Home How Do You Renovate An Abandoned Mansion? Visiting DEMOLITION RANCH!

In this show, Matt Risinger makes his first visit to what he’s calling “Demolition Ranch,”
an abandoned mansion the Carriker family bought that needs so much work it’s almost
incomprehensible, but it’s also a huge, beautiful space with amazing views, so they bought it
and are digging in. The original owner was a builder and mason, but he abandoned it before it
was finished and it’s since become mostly a target for vandalism. Matt tours the inside of the
house with the Carrikers, and they talk about how much work has to be done and what the
Carrikers are facing with this massive mansion that’s been sitting for 20 years.
