"When it comes to floor framing we need to ensure it is structurally adequate. But how do we define that? Yes, I am not suggesting to be just above failure. On the contrary, we want to ensure our clients have a sound structural floor. To me, this means we don’t get shaking wine glasses on the kitchen island when someone walks by.
