The decisions we make about floor framing directly relate to the spaces involved. A house has literally miles of wire, pipes, and ducts snaking through it. Not to mention the equipment to distribute power, heat water, and develop conditioned air. Lastly, we need places to bring in water, power, and send out sewer. All of these conditions are not negotiable, but what is negotiable, is where they happen. Planning out the floor frame is just the start. It’s all the decisions that occur after the floor frame is in place at really matter. Join Big Red and me as we walk thru some of those decisions on a recent project. Learn what I mean when I talk about the “dirty” basement VS the “clean” basement. Remember, planning is not necessarily having the right answers, it is usually all about ASKING THE RIGHT QUESTIONS! Enjoy the video, my friends.
