Home Eagle Windows Review - Replacement in Brick House
Replacing old, energy inefficient windows? Master Builder Matt Risinger is on site renovating a 1970's era brick home. Included in the renovation is the replacement of all the old aluminum windows. Since the brick is in great shape and is very energy efficient, it's just the windows that must be replaced. The Eagle windows and doors (and Anderson Company) that are going in are 70% more energy efficient that the original windows, and have a wood interior with an aluminum clad, LVL (engineered plywood) frame exterior. The windows feature a low-e glass that blocks out 95% of ultraviolet rays, including a titanium dioxide coating on the exterior of the window to reduce water spotting and dirt accumulation. An important feature of the Eagle window is that each is custom made for the job they do not stock custom versus standard sizes. Instead, they are all made for the specifics of the job they are ordered for. Watch the video with to see the difference a quality replacement window that is well designed and installed correctly can make for the home.
