Master Builder Matt Risinger and his special assistant, Sam, show us how to create and install a windowsill pan on site. Risinger explains the importance of a windowsill pan; even homes in the arid Texas climate must be prepared for windowsill leakage. As Risinger watches, Sam peels the backing off the DuPont Flexwrap and places it in the windowsill. It's important to add about 6 inches of flexwrap up each side of the window to ensure effectiveness.
