….was the call for the concrete piers for the Hilltop Aarow Build. Join us as we take a close look at the “Board Formed Concrete” piers that hold up 70% of the house. The architectural intent was to sit softly upon the ground and these concrete piers suggest just that. Many decisions are at hand when it comes to concrete piers, from structural to aesthetics, we chat about the decisions we made in the video. Of course “Big Red” joins in on the fun as we dive deep into explanation. The result are these beautiful piers that hold the crisp edge aesthetic of the boards used as formwork. As a cohesive component to the overall design of the residence, these board formed concrete piers will not only be around a very long time, they will look good every day……..Long Live Our Buildings
