Out at the ranch remodel we get lucky and catch up with Dave the floor guy. He is installing US Floor’s Core-Tec floor system in the basement. We were lucky he gave us a few minutes to explain to us the process of installing this great flooring alternative. Dave walks us thru the preparation, the installation, and the cleaning. It’s always a treat and a privilege to chat with the craftspeople that handle these materials everyday and learn rom them.  Of course BIG RED joins in with some information about general basement design and space planning.
