Home To Scaffold or Not To Scaffold
How much time does building it take to set up ladders when working on a slope? How much more danger is involved with this building condition? These are questions Jake had to ask himself at the build featured in this weeks video. The questions led him to take a chance on building with scaffolding. We don't typically see this on residential builds of this size but, given the parameters, Jake decided to experiment. He goes over the thought behind the decision, how he's communicating with the client about the extra cost, and whether or not he thinks it was worth it.
