Heating and cooling on the jobsite is crucial. That's why Wade and his crew have tested a variety of ways they can implement this effectively.
They've tried things like running the HVAC system meant for the homeowner but ended up with dirty ducts. Then they tried running temporary propane heaters, but they added moisture into the home. What Wade has found most effective is what he calls the "Ferrari of Temporary Heating Units," a five-ton, rooftop packaged unit, rigged on a trailer that can go from job to job and move around the jobsite.
Lou Matthews come on to show us how, exactly, the unit works.
