Home Precast Concrete Basement Stair
PRECAST CONCRETE BASEMENT STAIR…….Like many things in Building, there are choices. In terms of basement bulkhead stairs, you can cast a well with the foundation walls, or you use the precast “Bolt On” approach. In one of our current projects, the choice was to go with the precast concrete option. It’s a pretty simple, successful solution used quite often. In this video I walk thru the details on site and in studio to explain the questions and concerns installing this system. Of course Big Red joins in and walks us thru some studio time……….ENJOY!!!
