Home Optimizing Team Efficiency with Company Cam
CJ is at the Risinger Build in Austin to learn some tips and tricks from Matt's electrical layout. But what's the best way to communicate these tips to his team. This week, CJ demonstrates how he's been using the Company Cam app to communicate efficiently with his team. By simply moving around a job site, taking photos and leaving written or voice memos, he can keep his team up to date on all the changes need on his job. This just scratches the surface of Company Cam's capabilities as it can also be used to upload jobsite plans, blueprints, and create to-do lists. Plus, it uses GPS to know exactly what job site you're working so it can instantly pull up all of the notes, photos, and files, for that specific site.
