As a continuation of last week’s video Jake explores another roofing choice at the #hilltopaarow house. This week’s choice is EPDM over TPO. When it comes to install, durability, and longevity the EPDM just wins out for the homes Jake builds. Partly because of competent sub-contractors, and partly because of the long-term view Jake has for building.
