We have been following the framed floor above grade thru the construction of the Hilltop Aarow House. Many have questioned how will we finish it. Well, wait no more. In this video we look at the metal soffit finish on the belly of the monster. We walk thru the assembly from past videos to give continuity to our conversation. Of course BIG RED joins in and highlights all of the necessary takeaways. It’s is a great performing floor assembly from a building science perspective.
