Home Exterior Attic Access

Typically you need to install an attic access on the interior of the house that gets you into the attic. In homes with a lot of ceiling insulation, say like 24” of it, well that poses some challenges. I have on a number of projects have talked with the Fire Marshal and discussed a favored option.
