CANTILEVERED MUDSILL…….There are many choices to be made in designing a home. Some decisions lead to other questions. In a recent project we are using an insulating sheathing. That choice leads to questions like, How will I close off the bottom of the insulation? How do I provide shear nailing? How does the bottom of the wall get finished?
