BASEMENTS – Let’s Talk DIRTY…….In my world there are CLEAN basements, and DIRTY basements. Both of them need to meet the needs of the client, but more importantly, they both need to meet the needs of ALL of the “STUFF” that comes with building. Planning doesn’t stop at the floor plan – there are ducts, piping, wiring, HVAC units, electrical and water services, sump pumps….and a WHOLE lot more that need consideration. Let’s take a look at the basement of a current project, and walk thru it, and then walk thru ALL the “STUFF” we had to find a home for inside this beautiful home……….ENJOY!!!
