Home ACCESSIBLE Floor Framing
ACCESSIBLE Floor Framing…….I have been in the Building Industry for a long time. I have seen evolution of “stuff” that has become the typical in current home construction. This stuff is miles of wire, pipe, ductwork, etc……Unfortunately the evolution didn’t include shrinking much of this stuff in size. This means that all this stuff takes up space, which really means this stuff needs access to support the various services in our homes. In this video I look at one section of a current build and talk about how we made the floor framing more “accessible” to the future services soon to be installed. Understanding the needs in current home design is a must. Enjoy the video, and most of all be accessible……..
