Build Show Build
Jake and Steve talk about floor finishes on this episode of Build Show Build episode. Flooring is one of the broadest spectrums to choose from in the home. With tons of styles, materials, finishes, and more, durability will still be top of mind for selections. Jake and the team try to choose flooring (or help clients choose flooring) to mean durability. There are only two types of flooring on this project—tile and engineered wood. To clarify, engineered wood is not fake wood or plastic—it is wood with a more stable core. He'll dive into the tile details and then get into that engineered wood.
